A. Candidate Consent & Authorization

Candidate Consent for Profile Listing, Visibility, and Contact

I hereby confirm and agree to the following:

Profile Listing & Visibility

I voluntarily provide my personal and professional information to Accountant’s Hub for the purpose of creating and listing my profile on its marketplace platform. I expressly consent to my profile being:

  • Uploaded, stored, and displayed on the Accountant’s Hub portal; and
  • Made available for viewing by registered companies and potential employers seeking accounting, finance, or related professionals.

Contact Authorization

I hereby request and authorize Accountant’s Hub to contact me via telephone, email, or other electronic means for the purpose of:

  • Discussing my profile;
  • Verifying my details; and
  • Informing me of potential opportunities or inquiries.

This constitutes my explicit request for a callback and communication, as permitted under Cabinet Resolution No. 56 of 2024 and applicable UAE data protection and telecommunications regulations.

Third-Party Access

I further consent that:

  • Registered companies may access and review my profile; and
  • Such companies may contact me directly using the contact details I have provided for potential job opportunities, engagements, or discussions.

Voluntary Participation

I acknowledge that:

  • Listing my profile on Accountant’s Hub is voluntary;
  • Accountant’s Hub does not guarantee employment, engagement, or placement; and
  • Any engagement arising from my profile is strictly between me and the interested company.

Withdrawal of Consent

I understand that I may withdraw my consent or request removal of my profile at any time by submitting a written request to Accountant’s Hub, subject to reasonable processing time.

B. Platform Terms & Conditions – Candidate-Specific Clauses

1. Nature of Platform

Accountant’s Hub operates as a marketplace and facilitation platform connecting accounting professionals with companies. Accountant’s Hub does not act as an employer, recruitment agent, or guarantor of employment.

2. Accuracy of Information

Candidates confirm that all information submitted:

  • Is accurate, complete, and up to date; and
  • Does not infringe any third-party rights.

Accountant’s Hub reserves the right to suspend or remove profiles containing misleading or false information.

3. Use of Personal Data

Personal data shall be processed:

  • Solely for marketplace, communication, and opportunity-matching purposes;
  • In accordance with applicable UAE data protection laws.

Accountant’s Hub shall not sell candidate data to third parties.

4. Communication & Contact

By submitting their details, candidates:

  • Explicitly authorize contact by Accountant’s Hub and registered companies; and
  • Acknowledge that such contact is initiated at their request and consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Accountant’s Hub shall not be liable for:

  • Actions, representations, or conduct of companies accessing candidate profiles;
  • Any employment decisions, negotiations, or disputes arising between candidates and companies.

6. Profile Removal & Termination

Accountant’s Hub reserves the right to remove or suspend profiles that:

  • Violate platform policies;
  • Contain inaccurate or unlawful content; or
  • Breach these Terms & Conditions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
